Jeremy Ehst, CFP®, CKA®
Counselor
As a counselor with Life Institute, Jeremy Ehst understands the role of the pastor and the pastor’s desire to see Christ magnified in the life of the church. With more than 6 years in pastoral ministry and in his current role as an elder in his church, Jeremy also understands the pressures and challenges faced by the person in the pew.
Growing up, Jeremy was always involved in church life. His father was the pastor of his church. After graduating from high school, Jeremy went to Eastern Mennonite College (now Eastern Mennonite University) where he majored in Christian Ministries with a minor in Missions. To Jeremy’s disappointment, EMU has drifted away from teaching and upholding sound Christian doctrine and a Biblical Worldview. After college, Jeremy attended Fuller Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Master of Arts in Theology degree and Missions concentration. Jeremy is passionate about upholding the integrity of Scripture, and seeing the Holy Spirit use God’s Word to transform lives.
Jeremy and his wife have been married since 1993 and have three teenage sons. He and his family reside in Douglassville, and they are active church members at Mountain View Chapel, where Jeremy serves as an elder and in occasional small group and Sunday School teaching roles. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, fishing, hunting, and reading.
In addition to his role with Life Institute, Jeremy serves as a wealth manager at The Life Financial Group. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Kingdom Advisor®, and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, in addition to his Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance license.
